Their Love Story
Kylie and Peter met in the summer of 2020 at a house party neither of them planned to meet at. Kylie went to dinner with her girlfriends earlier in the evening. Peter was hanging out with his friends who were planning to throw a little house party later that night. One of Kylie’s friends had just met one of Peter’s friends a few weeks prior and asked all the girls if they would like to go to this random house party that night! Peter wasn’t there when Kylie first arrived. He showed up with a case of beer and Kylie followed him to the kitchen so she could grab a beer from him. They smiled at each other, but went their separate ways. At the end of the night she sat next to him in the living room. He introduced himself and they found out they both went to Texas Tech. They started flirting and laughing. Soon after, Kylie’s friends called an Uber to leave, so she left Peter with a small kiss, and walked out of the house to go home. Peter followed her to the front lawn and asked for her phone number. He texted her the next day to come over for a home cooked meal. She went over there and had the best time. They both knew something was very different and special. From then on they never stopped seeing each other. Peter proposed to Kylie in September 2022 while they were on a trip to Rosemary beach, FL.
Wedding Day
We had the immense pleasure of orchestrating the enchanting fall wedding of Kylie and Peter, a journey that began from the initial spark of their love to the magical culmination of their union. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Kylie’s father’s private property on the Guadalupe River, this celebration was nothing short of a fairy tale. The ceremony unfolded beneath the majestic cypress trees, providing a picturesque view of the river, creating a serene atmosphere for the union of two souls. As guests arrived, they were greeted with signature cocktails and the soulful melodies of a live guitarist, setting the tone for a day filled with love and joy. Kylie’s journey to “I do” was marked by heartwarming first looks with her bride squad, her father, and the love of her life, Peter. Each moment was a testament to the bonds of family and friendship that would surround them on this special day. The design of the event was a visual feast, featuring an array of colored taper candles, elegant glass elements, and vibrant flowers that added a touch of sophistication to the natural beauty of the surroundings. As the sun set, Kylie and Peter made a grand entrance into the reception, where they shared their first dance as husband and wife, surrounded by the warmth of their loved ones. Adding a unique and cultural touch to the celebration, an Irish dancer group performed during dinner, captivating everyone with their rhythmic and lively performances. The fusion of tradition and modernity added an extra layer of magic to the evening. Love, laughter, and the sound of dancing feet filled the night as guests reveled in the joyous celebration of Kylie and Peter’s love. As the festivities reached their peak, sparks literally flew as we bid farewell to the newlyweds, marking the beginning of their journey into a lifetime of happiness together. In retrospect, Kylie and Peter’s fall wedding on the Guadalupe River wasn’t just an event; it was a symphony of emotions, a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and the promise of a beautiful future. It was a day where dreams became reality, and memories were etched into the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to witness the union of two souls destined for a lifetime of happiness.
