Caroline & RJ

July 24, 2021

Congratulations to the new MR+MRS Garza! We had the greatest pleasure of coordinating and designing Caroline & RJ's wedding day! Caroline and RJ are one of the sweetest and coolest couples we know. When no one's watching, they are so romantic with each other...you can just feel their sweet love for each other!

Caroline and RJ wanted to incorporate lots of bright colors, giving a nod to the Mexican culture and truly blend the two families with their traditions. There were 3 different centerpiece designs: low floral bowls, medium-height gold stands with floral arrangements set on top and teal taper candles with mini floral arrangements set at the base. The head table incorporated teal runners, greenery garland and repurposed bridesmaids' bouquets in open air geos. Thank you cards were placed at each place setting, this is always a nice touch. The guestbook was a traditional photo book that guests signed with a well wishes and advice. We found it very special that Caroline and her ladies said a special prayer while getting ready for the big day. Their wedding cake was absolutely stunning and tasty pan dulces along with a variety of sweet treats were on display for guests to enjoy. Before the I DOs, Caroline and her Dad did a surprise first look at the church, followed by the First Look with Caroline and RJ. This is such a special moment and the perfect way to give the couple some alone time together. The ceremony setting was absolutely beautiful inside First Protestant Church in New Braunfels. After the I DOs, guests enjoyed appetizers and margaritas at the reception venue. While guests were mingling at cocktail hour, Caroline and RJ finished up romantic photos outside the church in the most beautiful courtyard. To get the party started, our newlyweds did their grand entrance to "Vivir Mi Vida" - by Marc Anthony and everyone cheered with excitement! Not only that, but our DJ got everyone pumped up and twirled their napkins into the air for a true grand entrance. During dinner, Caroline had set up a little surprise for her friends and family....a mariachi band! Dinner and a show, got to love that! We toasted to the newlyweds and then opened up the dance floor after the first dance and parent dances. Caroline and RJ danced to "Tenerife Sea" by Ed Sheeran. Lots of love, laughter and dancing filled the night! When it was time to bid farewell, the new MR+MRS Garza did one final last dance with no one inside and then exited through a tunnel of ribbon wands. Enjoy a sneak peek into Caroline & RJ's magical wedding day! Check back later for full highlights
