Congratulations to the new MR+MRS Gonzales! We had the greatest pleasure coordinating and designing floral for Abby & Julian's wedding day. Abby is an artist and her sweet spirit shines through in everything that she does, and Julian is such a kind gentleman, it's hard not to have an amazing time with these lovebirds! Abby and Julian envisioned a colorful boho chic wedding, and that's exactly what came to life! The color palette was shades of pink, coral, peach with pops of orange and yellow. The reception design consisted of colorful and clear bud vases. We used white floral in the colorful vases and colorful floral in the clear vases and accented some pieces with pampas grass. It was so pretty!
It was a very rainy day, but that's good luck...right?! We had good luck! It stopped raining as soon as it was time for Abby and her dad to process down the aisle. They took the most serene stroll over the bridge and around the pathway into the ceremony area. The I DOs took place under the covered porch with the most beautiful ceremony arch and waterfall as the backdrop. After Abby and Julian tied the knot, the cheerfully recessed down the aisle to "You Make My Dreams Come True" by Holland & Oats. During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed mariachi music and mingled outside under the trees. The bridal party made their grand entrance into the reception to "Forever" by Chris Brown and went right into dinner. As we toasted to the newlyweds, Abby & Julian surprised their parents with an honorary anniversary bouquet because both sets of parents were celebrating their wedding anniversaries close to Abby & Julian's wedding date. Such a sweet moment to witness! Another special moment was when Abby's sister performed their first dance music on the piano and sang a mashup of songs: "I Can't Help Falling in Love," "Feel My Love," and "Perfect" as Abby and Julian danced for the first time as husband and wife. Lots of dancing, love and laughter filled the night as we celebrated the marriage of the new MR+MRS Gonzales! Sparks flew as Abby & Julian bid farewell.
